6.REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our product you may not return your box to us for a refund. All Infinite Monte Carlo boxes are checked for quality and hand packed prior to dispatch and while we do our best to ensure your flowers are delivered to you in the best possible . If you are not completely satisfied with your box of flowers and would like to seek a refund or replacement contact us at infinite @monaco.mc and provide your account details and reason for requesting a refund or replacement within 3 days of your delivery.
